About
Pocket Frame started because we kept downloading games that looked great in screenshots and felt terrible under a real thumb. Somebody had to write about the parts you only notice after an hour of play, so we did.
We're a small crew of people who commute, wait in queues, and game on the couch when the console feels like too much effort. Everything here comes from phones we actually own, not from press kits.
Games get picked in a simple way: something interests us, we install it, and we give it enough hours to form an opinion. If a game runs hot, eats battery, or hides its best mode behind a paywall, that goes in the review too.
We don't chase every new release. We'd rather cover fewer games properly than rush a verdict on twenty in a week.
